    Where do you deliver?

    Based in Brockport, NY, The Tote Co. proudly offers free delivery and pickup within a 15-mile radius, making your move even easier.

    Our service area includes Brockport, Spencerport, Ogden, Hilton, Hamlin, Clarkson, Sweden, Greece, Churchville, Chili, Gates, and surrounding communities.

    Not sure if you're within our delivery area? Reach out—we're happy to help and may be able to accommodate locations outside our standard service area for $1.25/mile round-trip. 

    What if I need to rent my totes for longer?

    No problem! We know that every move is different. If you need a little extra time, just reach out before your scheduled pickup. We'll be happy to extend your rental or create a custom rental plan that fits your timeline. Our goal is to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible.

    What if totes are damaged during the move?

    That’s exactly why we provide them! Our totes are proudly built in the USA and designed to be durable, reliable, and ready for whatever moving day brings. We understand that moves can get hectic, and occasional wear and tear may happen along the way.

    The Tote Co. assumes responsibility for normal use and any damage to the totes, unless the damage is determined to be the result of misuse or negligence.

    What if I don’t need the totes for moving?

    Our totes are perfect for more than just moving. Use them for home organization projects, decluttering, renovations, or whatever you need. The Tote Co. is here to make your projects easier, and our team will work with you to find the right solution for your needs.
